Avondale Heights, Riviera Road

The design of FORM 235 is a development of two double-storey dwellings. The design is linked to the existing contoured typography which has a lower altitude in the front and a higher altitude at the back. Thus a few steps up are provided before entering the open living area. Meanwhile, it creates a smooth transition between functional spaces. The beautiful landscape is designed to occupy the front and back yard area.
